New Manufacturing Facility for ST Products

The primary mission of Discrete Semiconductors Inc. (DSI), located in the hi tech region of Massachusetts in Tyngsboro, is to provide high quality discrete devices to the U.S. Market at competitive prices.

DSI represents Semtech International Holdings Limited of Hong Kong. With a monthly output of more than 1.5 billion devices, Semtech International Holdings Limited is the world’s largest manufacturer of glass encapsulated diodes. DSI is the exclusive and sole U.S. Agent for Semtech International Holdings Limited, which is also in turn the parent company of WOODSON INTERNATIONAL LTD, SEMTECH ELECTRONICS LTD and DONGGUANG HONEY ELECTRONICS LTD. The company is ISO Approved and has been a Registered Trademark since 1991.

In addition to Glass Packaged Devices, we offer a complete line of devices encapsulated in the TO-92 package such as Transistors, Diodes and SCRs. Each year DSI will be able to offer several new packages and expand the types of products manufactured. DSI will also offer Radial and Axial Electrolytic Capacitors.

DSI maintains an extensive inventory of products covering a wide range of packages for Through Hole and Surface Mount applications. Our inventory is comprised of the most commonly used devices in assemblies.

Overnight delivery is available to U.S. customers for in stock items. For larger quantities, and items not in stock, to expedite delivery we will ship direct from the factory to a location specified by the customer.
